Information we process
DPOS processes account details, business records entered by authorized users, security events, and limited technical diagnostics required to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide requested features, secure accounts, diagnose faults, maintain audit trails, and support authorized business operations. We do not use tenant business records for unrelated advertising.
Access and isolation
Tenant data is separated by business context and protected by authentication, authorization, and validation controls. Platform support access, when used, is time-limited, read-only, reason-required, and audited.
Retention and requests
Operational and audit records are retained according to service, security, legal, and contractual needs. Contact Digital Innovation Technology to request access, correction, or deletion review where applicable.
Roles and responsibility
The subscribing organization generally controls the business and customer records it enters, while Digital Innovation Technology processes that information to operate DPOS. Each organization is responsible for its notices, lawful instructions, user permissions, and the accuracy of submitted records.
Information sources and categories
Information may come from account owners, authorized users, configured integrations, supported devices, and service operations. Categories can include identity and contact details, business configuration, transaction and inventory records, support correspondence, authentication events, audit evidence, and limited device or network diagnostics.
Purpose and lawful handling
We process information to deliver contracted functions, authenticate users, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, provide requested support, meet legal obligations, and protect legitimate security interests. Where consent is required for an optional activity, it may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be shared with reviewed hosting, infrastructure, communications, payment, or professional service providers only as needed for approved functions and under appropriate confidentiality and security commitments. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
International processing
Infrastructure or approved providers may process information outside the user’s country. Where applicable, contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards are used to support lawful transfers and an appropriate level of protection.
Security and incident response
DPOS uses tenant scoping, role-based access, validation, encrypted transport, protected secrets, audit records, and operational monitoring. No system is risk-free; suspected incidents are contained, investigated, documented, and communicated as required by applicable obligations.
Individual choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and the organization’s role, individuals may request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or deletion. Requests may require identity verification and can be limited where retention, security, legal claims, or another lawful basis applies. Tenant users should normally contact their organization first.
Children and sensitive information
DPOS is a business service and is not directed to children. Organizations should not enter special-category, highly sensitive, or regulated information unless its use is necessary, lawful, documented, and supported by suitable controls. Passwords, recovery codes, and secret keys must never be placed in free-text support fields.
Policy changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the service, providers, or applicable requirements change. Material updates are dated on this page and communicated through an appropriate service channel. Privacy or data-protection questions can be submitted through the verified Digital Innovation Technology contact channel.
Android barcode scanning
The optional camera barcode scanner uses Google ML Kit to process camera images on the device. ML Kit collects installation identifiers, device and application information, feature events, and diagnostic/performance measurements over HTTPS for diagnostics and usage analytics. Camera images are not uploaded by DPOS for barcode recognition. You can enter product barcodes manually without granting camera access.

المعلومات التي نعالجها
يعالج DPOS بيانات الحساب وسجلات المنشأة التي يدخلها المستخدمون المخولون وأحداث الأمان ومعلومات تشخيص تقنية محدودة لازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها.
كيفية استخدام المعلومات
تستخدم المعلومات لتقديم الميزات المطلوبة وتأمين الحسابات وتشخيص الأعطال وحفظ سجلات التدقيق ودعم عمليات المنشأة المصرح بها. لا نستخدم سجلات المستأجر لأغراض إعلانية غير مرتبطة بالخدمة.
الوصول والعزل
تعزل بيانات كل مستأجر ضمن سياق المنشأة وتحميها ضوابط المصادقة والتفويض والتحقق. وعند استخدام وصول دعم المنصة يكون محدود المدة وللقراءة فقط ويتطلب سبباً ويسجل في التدقيق.
الاحتفاظ والطلبات
يتم الاحتفاظ بالسجلات التشغيلية وسجلات التدقيق بحسب متطلبات الخدمة والأمان والقانون والعقود. تواصل مع Digital Innovation Technology لطلب مراجعة الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف حيث ينطبق.
الأدوار والمسؤوليات
تتحكم المنشأة المشتركة عادةً في سجلات أعمالها وعملائها التي تدخلها، بينما تعالج Digital Innovation Technology تلك المعلومات لتشغيل DPOS. وتتحمل كل منشأة مسؤولية إشعاراتها وتعليماتها المشروعة وصلاحيات مستخدميها ودقة السجلات المقدمة.
مصادر المعلومات وفئاتها
قد تأتي المعلومات من مالكي الحسابات والمستخدمين المخولين والتكاملات المضبوطة والأجهزة المدعومة وعمليات الخدمة. وقد تشمل بيانات الهوية والاتصال وإعدادات المنشأة وسجلات المعاملات والمخزون ومراسلات الدعم وأحداث المصادقة وأدلة التدقيق ومعلومات تشخيص محدودة للجهاز أو الشبكة.
الغرض والأساس المشروع للمعالجة
نعالج المعلومات لتقديم الوظائف المتعاقد عليها ومصادقة المستخدمين ومنع الإساءة والحفاظ على الموثوقية وتقديم الدعم المطلوب والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية وحماية المصالح الأمنية المشروعة. وعندما تكون الموافقة مطلوبة لنشاط اختياري يمكن سحبها دون التأثير في المعالجة المشروعة السابقة.
مزودو الخدمة والإفصاح
قد تُشارك المعلومات مع مزودي استضافة أو بنية تحتية أو اتصالات أو دفع أو خدمات مهنية تمت مراجعتهم، بالقدر اللازم فقط للوظائف المعتمدة وبموجب التزامات مناسبة للسرية والأمان. وقد نفصح عنها أيضاً عندما يفرض القانون ذلك أو لحماية الحقوق والسلامة وسلامة الخدمة.
المعالجة الدولية
قد تعالج البنية التحتية أو المزودون المعتمدون المعلومات خارج بلد المستخدم. وعند انطباق ذلك تُستخدم ضمانات تعاقدية وتنظيمية وتقنية لدعم النقل المشروع وتوفير مستوى حماية مناسب.
الأمان والاستجابة للحوادث
يستخدم DPOS تحديد نطاق المستأجر وصلاحيات قائمة على الأدوار والتحقق والنقل المشفر وحماية الأسرار وسجلات التدقيق والمراقبة التشغيلية. لا يوجد نظام خالٍ من المخاطر؛ وتُحتوى الحوادث المشتبه بها وتُحقق وتُوثق ويُبلّغ عنها بحسب الالتزامات المنطبقة.
خيارات الأفراد وحقوقهم
بحسب القانون المنطبق ودور المنشأة، يمكن للأفراد طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو التقييد أو الاعتراض أو النقل أو الحذف. وقد تتطلب الطلبات التحقق من الهوية وتُقيّد عند وجود التزام بالاحتفاظ أو متطلبات أمان أو مطالبات قانونية أو أساس مشروع آخر. وعلى مستخدم المستأجر التواصل مع منشأته أولاً عادةً.
الأطفال والمعلومات الحساسة
DPOS خدمة أعمال وليست موجهة للأطفال. ويجب ألا تدخل المنشآت فئات خاصة أو معلومات شديدة الحساسية أو منظمة إلا إذا كان استخدامها ضرورياً ومشروعاً وموثقاً ومدعوماً بضوابط مناسبة. ويُمنع وضع كلمات المرور أو رموز الاسترداد أو المفاتيح السرية في حقول الدعم الحرة.
تغييرات السياسة والتواصل
قد تُحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغير الخدمة أو المزودين أو المتطلبات المنطبقة. تُؤرّخ التحديثات الجوهرية في هذه الصفحة ويُبلّغ عنها عبر قناة مناسبة للخدمة. ويمكن إرسال أسئلة الخصوصية أو حماية البيانات عبر قناة التواصل الموثقة لـ Digital Innovation Technology.
مسح الباركود على Android
يستخدم ماسح الباركود الاختياري بالكاميرا مكتبة Google ML Kit لمعالجة الصور على الجهاز. تجمع المكتبة معرّفات التثبيت ومعلومات الجهاز والتطبيق وأحداث الميزات وقياسات التشخيص والأداء عبر HTTPS لأغراض التشخيص وتحليل الاستخدام. لا يرفع DPOS صور الكاميرا للتعرف على الباركود. يمكنك إدخال باركود المنتجات يدويًا دون منح إذن الكاميرا.
